What we collect

When you request access to Porfin, we collect your name, phone number, business, city, type of work, approximate invoice volume, and any information you choose to share about how you collect payments. If you request a sample invoice, we use your email and selected job type to deliver it. We also record basic information about which button or campaign led you to start a WhatsApp conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the samples you request, understand how Porfin fits your business, help you set up the service, and improve the product. We only email you about the pilot if you check that option; you may also initiate contact by WhatsApp, phone, or text. We use Resend to deliver email. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and advertising

We use PostHog to measure visits and important actions, such as starting a WhatsApp conversation. We may use session recordings to understand where the experience becomes difficult; form fields are masked, and we honor the browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. We also use the Google Ads tag to attribute visits and actions to our advertising campaigns.

How long we keep it

We retain the information while we operate the service or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or ask us to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from Porfin.
